GeMa software for the management of industrial activities in mobility ensures the monitoring of gas bottles during their whole presence on your park.
GeMa gas parc management provides the warehouse clerk with a management tool that enables to identify and monitor gas bottles with the help of RFID technology.
All the inputs and outputs are entered in a mobile device and offers a real time overview of the available stock and ongoing borrows.
This sensitive information is then immediately available to the emergency services for their intervention on site:
- Order form entry and printing
- Delivery in mobility on industrial device
- Alarm raising with notification
- Report and statistics in real time
THIS INNOVATION WAS THE FAVOURITE OF THE JURY AT THE CHALLENGE INNOVATION 2016 OF THE GRAVELINES NUCLEAR POWER PLANT.

This way, the planning information, and then the realisation based on the report entered by the technician on his mobile device are then available without being entered again.

Objective of the project
- To know in real time the stock of maintenance gas bottles at the GNU park and on the work sites in ZC or HZC: these data can be sent to the emergency services and to the Nuclear Safety Authority.
- To track in real time the deliveries and recoveries to service providers that need gas bottles.
- To know the identity of service providers and the consignment places in the nuclear power plant
- To have a history of flows
- To have a history of flows
- To know the number of bottles in consignment at service providers in order to make the recalls to maximise stocks and reduce renting costs
What GEMA brings to the project
All the bottles are identified thanks to a RFID chip. When one bottle enters into the stock, the warehouse clerk scans the RFID chip with his PDA to add the bottle to the stock.
During the delivery, the warehouse clerk enters all the information of the borrower, takes a picture of his entry pass and enters the location of the worksite. The user signs on the PDA, and the order form is recorded on computer.
During 55 days, GEMA made the warehouse clerk and participants save 41 hours.
